David earned a Bachelors of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.  After serving 11 years as an Active Duty Air Force Officer, David and his family returned to Dallas.  David has deep Texas roots going back 5 generations and believes in building the highest quality homes for Dallas.  He founded Cordell Development Group on the principles of providing the strongest home foundation and structure combined with the best design and layout.
